Why Your Veteran Clients Will Always Be The Most Honest With You…And What You Should Be Doing About It…

In the summer months there are certainly a few types of business that are “looking for the things to do” until the busy season starts again.
That’s why the middle of the summer is a good time to communicate with and get feedback from your veteran clients. Let’s define veteran clients as those who have been around for a year or longer. The communication you have with your veteran clients and the feedback they give you is invaluable to your business’s marketing and sales process.
Your veteran clients are more likely to be honest with you in a survey because they feel as though they can trust you and communicate with you. They’ll be more candid with you because “the honeymoon is over!” They’ve got time and money invested in you and they want to get the greatest return on it.
Here are a few questions that we would ask our veteran martial arts student clients to get some feedback. Of course, they can be adapted to any business.
