To Achieve Success
For the last few months my wife has been receiving “SUCCESS Magazine.”
Her boss required her entire team to get it. Usually, when she’s done with it I’ll snag it and read it too.
I have been aware of the magazine for a while. I’m pretty sure the original SUCCESS Magazine was started by W. Clement Stone.
Recently it has had a bit of a revival with new ownership. Darren Hardy has really brought it back.
Each month I can count on some good reading when I flip through the pages.
And here’s one thing I always notice.
I’ll bet some notice this and some don’t.
There are a ton of articles dedicated to marketing.
There are articles about selling.
And rightfully so.
I don’t care how you measure success. Everyone will measure success differently.
Some keep score with money. Others with total freedom to do what they want. Others measure it with both. Many can care less about money. Everyone has a different definition of success.
One thing is true however, no matter how you measure success, it all comes down to one simple truth…
If you’re going to achieve any kind of success people have to buy what you are selling.
It doesn’t matter if we’re are talking about goods, services, ideas or principles. Whether you’re directly collecting any sort of money in exchange or not.
No matter how you stack it – to achieve success – people have to buy your stuff.
